We are looking for an experienced Community Director for our client, a long time property management firm with many assets throughout the U.S.  The property consists of 424 units and is a C+ market rate, garden style community. Must have strong experience with apartment properties of more than 250+ units and good knowledge of the Indianapolis market. There is a large staff of 10 which includes a Business Director, 3 Leasing Agents, 1 Maintenance Director and 4 in Maintenance which includes 3 Techs and a Groundskeeper. Base salary $80,000 to $90,000 with 20% bonus potential and benefits package.
