  • Maintenance Director for Apartment in Columbus OH

    We are looking for a Maintenance Director for our client, a nationwide multifamily management firm growing steadily throughout the U.S.  The property is a 176-unit, garden style. market rate apartment property just outside of Columbus, OH.  Must be HVAC or EPA certified.  Supervision of one Maintenance Tech.  You will be on call once every 6 weeks. Base salary $55,000  to $68,000 with excellent bonus and benefits package.

    Our client is a owner and manager of apartment communities throughout Southern California.  They are looking for a dynamic Human Resources Manager to work in their corporate office in Irvine, CA.  This is a 5 days a week in the office position, not hybrid.  Will supervise 3 HR staff members and handle investigations.  Also responsible for the oversight of employee benefits, performance development and team building for 800+ employees.   • Senior Staff Accountant for Recreational Boating Company – Jupiter Beach, FL area

    Our client is looking for a strong Senior Staff Accountant to handle financial and strategic functions for two of their accounts. The industry is recreational boating rentals which is growing through new acquisitions. The company is based in the area of Jupiter Beach, Florida with a total of 140 employees in the corporate office and on-site.   This is a full cycle accounting role dealing with budgets, cash management, forecasts and closing the books every month. Also investor distributions and reporting to the executive team. The position will supervise one Staff Accountant and you will be in the corporate office 5 days a week. Must have at least 5 years of accounting experience in a similar role.  Individuals with a passion for boating and/or a hospitality background are a plus. Base salary up to $100,000 for the right candidate.

    The company is a large real estate investment company located in Palm Beach County, Florida.  They are looking for experienced international investment relations candidates willing to travel 50% or more to assist with their international investors.  Travel domestically as well as to India, UAE and other major cities in the U.S. The position will handle oversight of the investor process, draft investor notices and prepare newsletters and presentations. They have holdings in real estate development, real estate finance, agriculture/industrial, hospitality, marinas, entertainment and more. They are seeking a highly motivated individual with significant hands-on, full cycle transaction experience to fill the Senior VP of Finance role .  Must have 10 years experience in related field and BA/BS with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting or Economics.     Our client is a seeking an experienced Human Resources Benefits Manager to act as administrator of benefits at their corporate office located in the Newark NJ area.  The position will handle the benefits programs for their entities which include residential properties, as well as restaurants.  Responsibilities will include insurance enrollment for medical, dental, life and 401K. The role will track Leave of Absences and Worker’s Comp claims and assist with Standard Operating Procedures.     Our client is a well established and expanding property management company with a nationwide portfolio of residential assets.  They are seeking an experience Maintenance Director to handle the day-to-day duties on a 576-unit community located 30 miles north of Chicago.  The property was renovated in the last 5 years and is a beautiful market rate property.  You will supervise 5 Maintenance Techs and will share “on call” rotation for after hours emergency service every six weeks.  Must be HVAC or EPA Universal certified, no exceptions. Base salary $85,000 or more for the most qualified candidates.  Bonus plus excellent benefits.
