Our client is a long time owner and manager of multifamily communities across the U.S. They are seeking a Maintenance Director for a nice 312 apartment community. The position will supervise 3 Maintenance Techs and all HVAC units were replaced in recent years. Must share on call duties once every 4 to 6 weeks. Must be HVAC or EPA Universal certified. The most qualified candidates will have 5 years maintenance and supervisory experience. Base salary $75,000 to $83,000 with 16% monthly bonus potential and excellent benefits package

Claims Representative for Multifamily Company – Orange County, CA
Our client is looking for an experienced Claims Representative to handle all general liability and personal injury insurance claims for their apartment communities located throughout Southern California. The position requires 5-7 years of claims experience, preferably within the real estate industry. You will be required to be in the corporate office 5 days a week – full time Monday through Friday.
