    We are looking for a Maintenance Director for our client, a nationwide multifamily management firm growing steadily throughout the U.S.  The property is a 176-unit, garden style. market rate apartment property just outside of Columbus, OH.  Must be HVAC or EPA certified.  Supervision of one Maintenance Tech.  You will be on call once every 6 weeks. Base salary $55,000  to $68,000 with excellent bonus and benefits package.

    Our client is looking for a Leasing Consultant to support 276 units scattered in the Dayton, Ohio area.  The ideal candidate will have superior customer service skills and written and verbal communication. The role will handle leases from start to finish, including move-in and move-outs, conducting exit interviews and other resident interaction. Actively involved in the marketing of vacant units using ads and other means of social media. Also, assists with property special events to encourage relationship building with residents.

    The Chief Financial Officer will assist in formulating the direction of the company including strategic initiatives and developing financial and tax strategies for this family owned real estate investment company located in Palm Beach County in Florida. The position will assist clients with inquiries and requests regarding investments.
