Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. Advanced Excel experience to perform complex formulas and financial modeling. Demonstrated hands-on experience with CAM/NNN expense recovery and lease-based reconciliations. High attention to detail and ability to meet reporting deadlines.
