Our client is a real estate developer and looking for an experienced Director of Acquisitions for their industrial assets.  This will including sourcing raw land primarily for multifamily development but also can include other product types. Additionally, light underwriting, market research, comp analysis and moving the project from start to close.  Best candidates will have 5+yaers of experience in land acquisition. Base salary is open for the most experienced plus bonus potential.
