Our client is a reputable developer of residential communities. We are seeking a strong Construction Accountant who will be responsible for monthly draw requests, Accounts Payable/Receivable; maintaining financial records; perform account reconciliations and assist with land purchase, construction loans and ReFi processes. Must have loan draw experience and a good understanding of GAAP accounting and A1A draw submittal process. A 4-year degree in Accounting or Finance is required and 3 years of construction or real estate accounting experience. The position is in office 5 days a week. Salary $75,000 to 100,000 commensurate with experience. Good benefits including 401K and paid time off.
