Our client is a long time property management firm specializing in multifamily assets.  They are looking for a strong Community Director for their 252-unit, 2-story garden style apartment community located in Indianapolis.  The position will supervise a staff of 6:  Business Director, 1 Leasing Agent, Maintenance Director and 2 Maintenance Techs. Please have good property management experience and leadership skills. Base salary in the $75,000 (or more) range with 20% bonus potential.
