Our client is the long time owner/manager of a nice 300+ unit apartment community in Columbus, OH.  They are seeking an experienced Community Director to support their multifamily asset. The position supervises a staff of 7, which includes a Business Director, 2 Leasing Agents, a Maintenance Director and 3 Maintenance Techs. You should have good working knowledge of the Columbus market, as well as good team leadership skills. Base salary $78,000 to $83,000 with excellent benefits package and monthly bonus potential.
