  • Director of HR for Multifamily – Orange County, CA

    Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to be based in their corporate office in Southern California.   This position will primarily handle investigations for their apartment portfolio, as well as employee relations and performance development. You will be supervising 2 HR Generalists and 1 HR Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a PHR/SPHR certification in Human Resources and a Bachelor’s degree in HR.  Please have at least 5 years experience in a HR role. Salary range $150,000 to $170,000 commensurate with experience. Excellent company and benefits package.

  • Business Development Associate for Real Estate firm – Near Newark NJ

    We are looking for a Business Development Associate to support the Director of Business Development for a hospitality group located in the Newark NJ area.  The position will prepare Requests for Proposals, manage communications with joint venture partners and identify new potential partners.  Additionally you will assist in the lease process (new and renewals), obtain documentation for filings, licenses, permits and coordinate meetings.  Other responsibilities include updating presentations and creating new branding materials. 4 year college degree in business administration and/or marketing and a minimum of 3 years of sales/business development experience preferably in real estate, franchising or restaurant fields. Must have strong MS Office skills and great communication skills. Base salary $75,000 to $95,000 with benefits.

    Our client is seeking a strong Maintenance Director for their 396 unit, garden style apartment community located in Odenton.  The position will supervise three Maintenance Techs and required to be “on call” for emergencies one week per month. Must be HVAC or EPA universal certified and Acquatherm system experience is a plus. The best candidates will have an upbeat and positive attitude with a strong understanding of plumbing. Base salary $70,000 to $75,000 with monthly bonus and benefits..

The position supervises a large staff consisting of 5 in office and 4 Maintenance Techs.
