We are looking for a Maintenance Director for our client, a nationwide multifamily management firm growing steadily throughout the U.S. The property is a 576-unit, nicely renovated market rate apartment property located 30 miles northwest of downtown Chicago. Must be HVAC or EPA certified. The Maintenance Director will supervise a staff of 5 Maintenance Techs, participate in budgets, vendor relations and inventory. You are expected to be on call for emergencies once every 6 weeks. Base salary $80,000 to $90,000 with excellent bonus and benefits package.

Our client is a owner and manager of apartment communities throughout Southern California. They are looking for a dynamic Human Resources Manager to work in their corporate office in Irvine, CA. This is a 5 days a week in the office position, not hybrid. Will supervise 3 HR staff members and handle investigations. The position will supervise a staff of 7 total – 4 in office and 3 Maintenance. Must have experience in the Tampa/St. Pete market. Base salary $80,000 to $90,000 commensurate with experience.

Accounting Manager, Recreational Boating Industry – Jupiter Beach, FL area
Our client is looking for a strong Accounting Manager to handle financial and strategic functions for one of their operating companies. The industry is recreational boating rentals which is growing through new acquisitions. The company is based in the area of Jupiter Beach, Florida with a total of 140 employees in the corporate office and on-site. This is a full cycle accounting role dealing with budgets, cash management, forecasts and closing the books every month. Also investor distributions and reporting to the executive team. The position will supervise one Staff Accountant and you will be in the corporate office 5 days a week. Must have at least 5 years of accounting experience in a similar role. Individuals with a passion for boating and/or a hospitality background are a plus. Base salary up to $100,000 for the right candidate.

They are looking for experienced international investment relations candidates willing to travel 50% or more to assist with their international investors. They are seeking an experience Maintenance Director to handle the day-to-day duties on a 576-unit community located 30 miles north of Chicago. The property was renovated in the last 5 years and is a beautiful market rate property. You will supervise 5 Maintenance Techs and will share “on call” rotation for after hours emergency service every six weeks. Must be HVAC or EPA Universal certified, no exceptions. Base salary $85,000 or more for the most qualified candidates. Bonus plus excellent benefits.
