The position will oversee one Leasing Consultant and 3 Maintenance personnel. CFO for RE Investment Firm located in Palm Beach County, FL
The Chief Financial Officer will assist in formulating the direction of the company including strategic initiatives and developing financial and tax strategies for this family owned real estate investment company located in Palm Beach County in Florida. The CFO will sit on the Executive Management Team and serve as a member of the Investment Committee. Tampa: 689 units, C+ with two phases currently under renovation (must have managed larger than 500+ units and renovation experience is a plus. Base salary $85,000 to $90,000

Our client is an Owner/Operator of a growing marina and RV platform with a national footprint. They currently operate 15 marinas both lake and ocean and are growing. They are seeking a Junior Analyst with 2-3 years of experience preferably with operating real estate experience. The position with assist with financial reporting, update property and portfolio forecasts and budgeting models with actual performance.
