This a new position for a well established builder of high end commercial properties.  The corporate office is located near North Miami, FL and is a full time position. The VP of Development will source and find land and take the project from start to construction.  Must have tax credit LIHTC experience.  Base salary in the $200,000+ range for the best candidates.
