We are looking for a Senior RE Accountant with at least 7+ years experience providing accounting and financial reporting for our client, a real estate developer, property manager and construction management firm.  The position will prepare lender report packages, operating statements, rent rolls, occupancy reports, budget analysis and other accounting documentation. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. Advanced Excel experience to perform complex formulas and financial modeling. Demonstrated hands-on experience with CAM/NNN expense recovery and lease-based reconciliations. High attention to detail and ability to meet reporting deadlines. This position is in office 5 days a week with some travel possible.  Base salary is open and available for the best candidates.
