Our client is an established real estate developer located in the Jupiter Beach, Florida area.  They are seeking an experienced acquisitions specialist to grow their portfolio. You will research and seek out land (raw and existing) sites for multifamily development (primarily). The position will also handle some underwriting, market research, comp analysis and moving the project along to completion. The best candidates will have 5+ years of acquisitions and have excellent Excel Pivot and modeling skills. Base salary is open in the $130,000 to $160,000 range for a super star. The company also provides benefits and bonus potential.
