Our client is looking for a strong Property Manager for oversight of a 500+ luxury high rise apartment community in the Miami, Florida area.  The position will supervise a staff of 5 in office and 5 maintenance staff and will require good team building and motivational skills.  Please have strong multifamily experience. Base salary is in the $130,000 range with 20% bonus potential.
