We are looking for an experienced Property Manager for our client to oversee their apartment community located outside of Atlanta, GA.  The property is a Class A, lease up with 378 units. The position will supervise a staff of 4 in office and 4 outside including Maintenance. Must be polished and have Class A experience. Yardi Suite software is used in office.  Base salary is $65,000 to $80,000 with quarterly lease up bonus plus car and cell phone allowance.
