We are seeking a qualified and strong Regional Property Manager for our long time client.  The position will run a run a residential portfolio of 4 apartment communities with approximately 1,400 total units. 3 properties are in Georgia one in Alabama.  These are nice B+ to C+ assets. The position will office remotely with monthly travel to the properties.  Base salary $120,000 to $125,000 with 20% bonus potential and benefits.
