Are you interested in expanding your brokerage career into an exciting new venture?  Our client is seeking a Managing Director to grow their commercial brokerage firm.  The role will source, recruit, hire, train and motivate brokers to achieve results and increase business.  Managing Broker or Senior Broker experience required. This is a full time, in office, salaried position. Bonuses are earned by bringing on new brokers. Base salary in the $120,000 to $150,000 range plus commissions earned for each closed transaction.
