Our client is seeking a qualified Maintenance Supervisor for a 420+unit apartment community located near Indianapolis, IN.   You will be supervising a staff of 3 Technicians and 1 Groundskeeper. As a property ambassador, you will provide excellent customer service to all residents. The position will coordinate and assist with move-ins and move-outs and handle maintenance issues. Shared on call every 6 to 7 weeks. Must be HVAC or EPA Universal certified.  Base salary $75,000 or more for the right candidate with 16% bonus potential and benefits.
