Our client is a nationally significant multifamily manager with apartment communities through the U.S. and growing. They are seeking an HVAC/EPA certified Maintenance Director to oversee a beautiful 252-unit, 2 story, garden style apartment community. The position will supervise 2 Maintenance Techs. Must be skilled in HVAC, appliance repair, electrical, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general maintenance practices. Bring your good attitude and supervisory skills to this position. Hourly $29 to $32 with 16% bonus potential and excellent benefits.
