Our client is a well established and expanding property management company with a nationwide portfolio of residential assets.  They are seeking an experience Community Director to handle the day-to-day duties for a 576-unit apartment community located 30 miles north of Chicago.  The property was renovated in the last 5 years and is a B class, market rate property.  Base salary $95,000 to $100,000 for the most qualified candidates.  Bonus plus excellent benefits.
