Our client is seeking a strong Maintenance Director for their 396 unit, garden style apartment community located in Odenton.  The position will supervise three Maintenance Techs and required to be “on call” for emergencies one week per month. Must be HVAC or EPA universal certified and Acquatherm system experience is a plus. The best candidates will have an upbeat and positive attitude with a strong understanding of plumbing. Base salary $70,000 to $75,000 with monthly bonus and benefits.
