Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to be based in their corporate office in Southern California.  They own and manage more than 150 multifamily, market-rate properties across California and Nevada.   This position will handle employee relations, performance management, leave of absences, as well as training and development.  The ideal candidate will have a PHR/SPHR certification in Human Resources and a Bachelor’s degree in HR.  Please have at least 5 years experience in a HR role. Salary range $95,000 to $115,000, commensurate with experience. Excellent benefits package.
