Our client is a well established builder of luxury residential properties throughout Florida and Texas.  They are looking to hire a Superintendent who will strictly handle the area site grading and excavation of dirt for their pending projects.  These include apartments, single family homes and build to rent housing.  Developments will be located in Dallas, San Antonio and Austin, Texas. The position will do all of the ground and dirt work such as clearing trees and debris, providing drainage. etc. Base salary $130,000 to $150,000 plus benefits.
