We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager for our client. The position will oversee all phases of construction from start to finish, ensuring on time delivery and within scope of budget. You will handle project planning and scheduling, budget cost and control, compliance and safety, quality assurance and be the point of contact for clients. A Bachelors Degree with concentration in construction management, civil engineering or related field; PMP or equivalent certification is required.  Must have the ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications and be versed in project management software. Base salary $180,000 to $200,000.
