Our long time client is seeking a Multifamily Property Manager for their 500-unit apartment community.  The property is well kept with amenities such as a fitness center, pools, car wash, tennis courts, etc.. The position will supervise a large staff in office and maintenance so hiring, training and leadership skills are a plus.  The best candidates will be polished and professional and have knowledge of the Atlanta area market. Base salary $80,000 to $85,000 with benefits.
