Fee Structure and Guarantee:

Search Fees:

Apartment Managers, Assistants, Leasing Consultants and Maintenance: 15% of the first year’s salary including guaranteed (sign-on) bonuses

All other positions including executive and regional management, construction, development, acquisitions and corporate positions including finance and IT: 20% of the first year’s salary including guaranteed (sign-on) bonuses.

Guarantee:

Money Back Guarantee: 14 days: If for any reason employment is terminated within the first two weeks of employment, Real Estate Executive Search will return 95% of the search fee to the company.

Replacement Guarantee: If for any reason employment is terminated from day 14 to day 90, Real Estate Executive Search will make every effort to replace the employee at no additional charge. The replacement guarantee is transferable from one position to another under limited circumstances.

If a client has hired 3 or more employees within the prior two year period from Real Estate Executive Search, the replacement guarantee is extended to 6 months.
