Richard Birgel received his undergraduate degree from Davidson College in 1986 and earned his MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1989.  After entrepreneurial forays into the restaurant and music retail businesses, he joined Liberty Executive Search in Houston, TX, one of the foremost recruiting firms in the nation dealing strictly with the needs of real estate owners, managers and developers.  After three years of successful recruiting for Liberty, Richard moved to the Fort Lauderdale, Florida area and formed Real Estate Executive Search. 

 

During his career Richard has made placements for firms such as:  Summit Properties, Fairfield Properties, Equity Residential, Greystar Management, Lowder Construction, Clark Construction, Camden Property Trust, First Worthing Companies, and many, many more.

Bryan's bio,

After receiving his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University in 2000, Bryan began his career in multifamily housing with Archstone-Smith in 2002 at a brand new luxury high-rise in Chicago. While there, he was nominated for a CAMME Award by the Chicagoland Apartment Association for Leasing consultant of the Year in 2003. Bryan continues with Archstone-Smith, first as Software Training Manager and then as Regional Training Manager in the Washington DC market until 2006. After relocating to South Florida, Bryan joined Real Estate Executive Search in 2007.
